Debra Kee Alexander,
Founder & Executive Director
Elder Debra Kee Alexander, Associate Minister of the Fellowship Cuurch of Christ. A native of Jersey City, New Jersey. Elder Alexander is the first of seven sibilings born to the late Bishop Alfred and Mother Dolores Kee. She is the wife of Elder William Alexander and the mother of two children, a son Tony and daughter Dion, and two Grandchildren.
The Seed Planted during her growing years through Bishop and Mother Kee has remained to this day a blessing not only to Elder Alexander, but also, to the many lives touched and changed through her ministry.
Elder Alexander was called to the ministry in 1997 and ordained Elder in 1999. Shortly thereafter, she founded Women In the House. The idea of Women throughout the world, from the Neighborhood to the Nation, coming together to study the word of God. Later, our Media Ministry unfolded. Women In the House Television Ministry was formed. This woman of God is a Minister of Music, Worship Leader, Christian Education Teacher, Bible Instructor, Facilitator of Workshops and Seminars, and Offers Prophetic Counseling and Life Coaching.
Recently in 2003, Elder Alexander was confirmed and consecrated to the office of Prophet. She formed a ministry team, who travel with her to minister to the people of God as needed. The instruction God gave her is taken from two passages of scripture:
Isaiah 61: The former days of shame are no more. You are joy. You are to restore my people. As you take care of my people, I will raise up the foreigner to tend to your flock.
He spoke to her one day and instructed her to feed His sheep. She then asked God, "What shall I feed them?" and he replied, "Feed them fruit". To enable them to digest strong meat.
Also Galatians 5:22: But the fruit of the spirit is Love, Joy, Peace, Longsuffering, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfullness, Gentleness, and Self-control.
Elder Alexander is the former owner of De'Ziners Den, a women's apparel designer, founded in 1996. She would design Women's apparel, Wedding Gowns, and Priestly Garments. Elder Alexander is Founded the De'Ziners Training Guild, a non profit organization that develops and trains women young and old in the areas of self-esteem, career development, and personal style while cultivating their natural gifts. Dion L. Cartwright
Dion has served as Program Officer of the Baltimore Community Foundation Community Investment team since 2001. With a strong focus on community development, she is responsible for the management of the Neighborhood Grants Program, which offers fundinding for resident-driven and led community-based organizations in Baltimore City and Baltimore County neighborhoods.
She Currently serves on the Baltimore Neighborhood Collaborative Capacity Committee, ACCESS Steering Council, is a member of the Neighborhood Small Grants Network: Grassroots Grantmaking, the Neighborhood Funders Group, the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network and Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy. Dion was selected as a 2010 P.L.A.C.E.S. Fellow for The Funders Network for Smart Growth.
Dion received her education at Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina, where she studied Computer Science and Business Administration.
Ms. Edwina M. Wilson
Edwina Wilson has served in many capacities for various organizations. Former Assistant Program Coordinator for the Fellowship Community Outreach Center and Program Director. Mentored teenagers through Lynchburg's Juvenile Court System. She has an associates degree from Phillips Business College, and technical studies at Central Virginia Community College. She graduated from Lynchburg College with a BA in Communication Studies, Communication and Social Influence.
